Simply a Mommie: Happy 4th of July 2014

Hey everyone! It's Fourth of July today and the husband had work, but my niece stayed over for the past two nights. We stayed up last night playing games on the wii and then fell asleep. Anyways, for Fourth of July, we decided to have Dim Sum at about 2:30pm at Wokano. After having such a great lunch, we decided to go to Ikea and get Frozen Yogurt. What a delish. Jaelyn had a great taste of it and of course, so did her face. Then we decided to try 7th Street Food. It's basically where the Cambodian/Laos people would BBQ food and sell it. They were selling Papaya Salad, Beef Sticks, Sticky Rice and etc. I, of course purchased the Papaya Salad and it was soo good. Not a disappointment at all.

Well, the husband had work at 6:30pm, so for our night, Jaelyn and I decided to spend it inside and clean up the room. Now she's sleeping peacefully and hopefully she will sleep through the night. We are planning to celebrate Fourth of July with my in-laws on Sunday. So our holiday will be continued on Sunday.

I hope everyone had a great day like us and had the chance to see the Fireworks. I hear them right now and it feels like it's right outside my house, but being that it's Philly, it could be anywhere.

Also if your hoping to see Fireworks in Atlantic City, it's been rescheduled to Sunday, July 6th.
