Sorry for the late update! Friday night, my niece and I decided to bake Res Velvet cupcakes from scratch. The recipe? All from my sister. And the icing? Cream cheese. I must say, it turned out perfect. It wasn't too sweet and all the kids ate it all. Here are the pictures.
Most of the ingredients that was used to make the cupcakes and icing.
Mixed all the powder.
Added the powders to the liquids and pouring about 3/4 of the batter to the tray.
Baking at 325 degrees.
And this is our finished product. We couldn't get the icing to look cute so we decided to smear it.
